Eight checks of one operating unit, followed by a verified Build Plan and a consultation about what to do first.

• Scope: one operating unit with its own profit and loss and manager.
• You receive: record-sourced findings, priorities, a first-thirty-days list, and what to ignore.
• Timing: fourteen-day target after signed paperwork, cleared deposit, secure channel, and complete required records.

The Diagnostic Fee Guarantee applies only as stated in the signed Diagnostic agreement. The Diagnostic does not include building a Fix.

Build an agreed operating mechanism from verified findings and put it into daily use.

• Scope: a selected Narrow, Core, or Full project with the exact mechanism named in its own statement of work.
• Work: baseline, design, build, pilot, training, handoff, and documented adoption.
• Completion: the agreed mechanism runs without Forgewright for four consecutive weeks, subject to the project agreement.

Outside software and professional fees are separate. New work requires a written scope change.

After a Fix and its review, keep the agreed mechanism in view with a monthly read and bounded maintenance.

• Panel: a written monthly read of agreed measures and maintenance of the agreed mechanism.
• Founder's Line: Panel work plus a scheduled monthly call and bounded access for owner decisions.
• Each month: a dated read, source references, change log, and agreed next actions.

New builds and unrelated problems require a separate scope. The signed Run agreement controls access and cancellation.

Repeat the eight current checks and compare the new Build Plan with the prior one.

• Scope: a new review of one operating unit with fresh records and a new signed scope.
• You receive: a verified current Build Plan and a comparison of what changed, held, failed, or remains unknown.
• Timing: two-week target, with start conditions set in the annual agreement.

The annual agreement controls any Fee Guarantee wording. Prior records access does not carry over automatically.
